Jaded

yesterday was a real bad day for me... I had to wake up early on a saturday morning to go to school for a annual student conference that took nearly forever to finish... i just couldn't understand what my seniors were talking about since i myself is a newbie to all this research thingy... Anyway, i decided to wear this pair of heels that i haven't been wearing for a long time to this conference of mine and guess what?! the sole of my heel came off when i got off the bus!! I thought i could still move around in it since it was just a little torn... I was so WRONG!!! by the time i reached my school, I literally have to drag my foot along the floor so as not to worsen the condition of my heels... I left the conference before it ended since i had to go to kallang theatre to watch my juniors' dance rehearsal for SYF... so i decided to drop by cityhall to get myself a new pair of shoes first... I can't possibly walk in it and so i took a cab... When i got off the cab, the sole on the other side my heels came off too!!! now i had to drag both feet!! everybody was looking at me... that was the most embarrassing moment of my life!!

Thank god the shoe boutique was nearby... I got myself another pretty pair of shoes!! When i got to kallang theatre, they have already started rehearsing... The item that zaki choreograph was superb!! He has outdone himself again despite his hectic schedule... The whole rehearsal went pretty well, i am very proud of my juniors!! They have come very far... I really hope that they can get a gold for SYF this year with this item!! The central judging is on 15th april!! I hope i can be there! i.e. if i am not having my exams... i am keeping my fingers cross!!
