The days where i get to do ABSOLUTELY nothing

The days of doing nothing has finally come... And to be honest, its not that fantastic really. The irony of wishing and hoping for days of no work and all play during my time of studies and now when i finally have that spare time, i don't know what to do with it. So i started dancing again! Which was absolutely wonderful and painful at the same time since i haven't been dancing for a couple of months now. Stiff joints, tight muscles and decrease in sense of balance equates to muscle aches and waddling around like a duck after 3 hours of tech class. But i'm excited about Next Wave this year! Wonder what kind of choreography i'm going to get. :>

Went for a couple of interviews and i have my eyes on this private practice. I love the environment and the staff who are working there and i can see myself learning and working really well if i get a job there. So fingers crossed for me! It's the waiting that is killing me... Not knowing what my future holds scares the s*** out of me, since i've traits of a control freak at times... *evil smile* Oh well, i'll just have to wait till next week to know what's going to happen to me.

On a lighter note, i got the chance to watch this inspiring documentary movie call "Born In Brothels" yesterday and it was just absolutely fantastic. This movie is about a female photographer from New York who went to India's red light district to photograph the lives of the prostitutes and the children living there.

She gave the kids a regular camera each and gave them photography lessons and provided the children with the opportunity to do something other than doing housechores and aimless wandering. She gave them the chance to dream of being someone important other than ending up as a prostitute or a drug seller when they grow up. These kids have talents and they are just inspiring to watch. So if you are looking for a feel good movie or needs reminder of why life is worthwhile and fabulous, this is the movie to watch.
